Counselling in Chilliwack

Compassionate, holistic therapy for anxiety, depression, grief and life transitions. Work with experienced counsellors in person or virtually from home.

What to expect

Life can feel overwhelming. Whether it is anxiety that will not quiet, low mood, grief, or simply feeling stuck, you do not have to work through it alone.

Our counsellors create a safe, non judgmental space where you are seen and heard. The team includes Registered Social Workers and Registered Clinical Counsellors using evidence based approaches like CBT, DBT, somatic therapy and mindfulness.

  • Compassionate and safe. You are always in control. Your pace and boundaries come first.
  • Collaborative partnership. You are the expert on your own experience. We work with you, not on you.
